Similar to 'Rush Goalie' but extended to include any member of the team who would be allowed to use their hands in the area as any normal keeper would, and also play out field. This benefit would apply to a particularly poor team who needed this added ability to even up the competiton. The opposite would be stick goalie who would not be able to leave the area.
